Many problems can be solved with a simple phone call. If not, a HughesNet certified technician will make a service call at your location to restore your service for only $29.95.

Q. Why do I need a HughesNet Express Repair plan?
A. HughesNet Express Repair service protection plans will ensure that your HughesNet® service is restored in a timely manner should a problem ever occur. Choose Second Business Day or Next Business Day service for repairs that require in-home or on-site service calls. Both options provide live 24-hour a day, 7 day a week toll-free phone support, as well as service calls from HughesNet certified technicians, if needed, for only a $29.95 co-pay.
Q. My HughesNet service is under warranty – do I still need HughesNet Express Repair?
A. While under warranty, you still have access to 24/7 phone support, and on-site support when needed. Most problems are resolved with a simple phone call, but it may take as long as 7-10 days to schedule one of our certified technician for a home or office service call. As an Express Repair customer, if an onsite visit is necessary to restore your service, a certified technician will be sent in two business days for Express Repair Home customers, or the very next business day for Express Repair Business customers.
Q. If I lose my service and HughesNet Customer Care deems a site visit necessary to fix the problem, how long will it be until a service technician comes?
A. In-Home or On-Site calls are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. As an Express Repair Business subscriber, if your call is received prior to 1 pm an appointment will be scheduled for the very next business day. For calls received after 1 pm, the appointment will be set for the second business day. For Express Repair Home plan subscribers who call prior to 1 pm, your appointment will be set for the second business day after your call. On calls received after 1 pm, appointment times will be scheduled for the third business day after your call.
Q. If I lose service, how likely will the service technician be able to get me up and running?
A. Our certified HughesNet technicians restore service 99% of the time on average, and that's on their first onsite visit.
Q. How much does Express Repair Home and Express Repair Business cost?
A. Select Express Repair Home and you will receive on-site second-business-day service for just $5.95 per month. Choose Express Repair Business and you'll receive on-site next-business-day service for just $12.95 per month with a 1-year term. With both plans there is a $29.95 co-pay if a service visit is required. Express Repair service may be canceled at any time. If you cancel Express Repair before your term has been completed, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed to your account.

Q. How will I be billed for Express Repair?
A. The Express Repair monthly service fee will be billed to you the same as your HughesNet service is billed (on credit/debit card or via invoice, whichever method you selected when you started service). Any co-pay for service calls will be billed in the same way.
Q. Is there a vesting period for my selected Express Repair plan?
A.If you add HughesNet Express Repair when you place order your new HughesNet Internet service, Express Repair coverage will begin immediately. If you add Express Repair after your HughesNet service has been installed and activated, your Express Repair plan will be subject to a 30-day vesting period. Any on-site service calls within the first 30 days of enrolling in a plan will result in a higher co-pay than after the vesting period has ended.
